We offer a transparent price structure. The physical exam and the three required lab tests (TB, Syphilis, and Gonorrhea) are one fixed, complete price.

Vaccinations are priced separately based on what you specifically need — if you already have vaccination records, you save money.

Please Note: Any additional testing required due to positive results — such as chest X-rays or confirmation tests — will be an additional cost to the patient. You will sign a consent form explaining this clearly during your lab visit.

Please bring your passport or government-issued photo ID and any vaccination records you already have. The more vaccine documentation you bring, the fewer vaccines you may need — which saves you money.

Pregnant patients must also bring an OB/GYN clearance letter regarding which vaccines are authorized during pregnancy. You do not need to bring Form I-693 — we handle all the paperwork for you.

The initial physical exam takes approximately 30–45 minutes. However, the mandatory lab results (TB, Syphilis, and Gonorrhea) typically take 5–8 business days to return.

We will call you as soon as your results are finalized and your certification is ready to be signed and picked up.

No. Immigration physicals are typically not covered by health insurance. We are a self-pay clinic and accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

What happens if my TB test is positive?

If your TB blood test (IGRA) is positive, the following steps apply:

• A Chest X-ray is required (additional cost).
• If the X-ray is negative: you are cleared to proceed.
• If the X-ray is positive: a Chest CT Scan is required.
• If anomalies are found on the CT Scan: you will be referred to a Pulmonologist for evaluation and certification. We will guide you through every step and ensure you always have a clear path forward.

If your TB blood test is positive, you must undergo a Chest X-Ray (additional cost).

• If the X-Ray is Negative: You are cleared.
• If the X-Ray is Positive: A Chest CT Scan is required.
• If anomalies are found: You will be referred to a Pulmonologist for certification.

• Syphilis (RPR positive): We perform a confirmation test (FTA-ABS) at your cost. If confirmed positive, we refer you to the Health Department for treatment. Once they provide a clearance letter, we attach it to your I-693 form.
• Gonorrhea (positive): You will be treated by one of our doctors directly at the clinic (additional cost applies). USCIS does not deny applications solely based on a positive result — treatment and proper documentation are what matter.
